Emily, a Northern Virginia resident, is not only a dedicated runner but also a triathlete, sharing her endurance sports passion with her husband, Jonathan. With a background in field hockey, basketball, and track, Emily discovered her love for running in college, completing her first half marathon in 2012. Transitioning to triathlons in 2016, she achieved success in various events, including multiple 70.3s and competing at the Ironman World Championships. Emily is driven by a passion for assisting others in reaching their running goals and encouraging them to savor the journey.

Haley McWilliams

Virginia Beach, VA
Born into a Military Family [Air Force] and raised as a competitive swimmer, specifically a distance swimmer. Upon graduating High School, she left home to attend the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, New London, CT in 2012 where she swam all four years as a college D3 swimmer. Upon commissioning in 2016, she began her career as a Naval Engineer and continued to pursue athletics. Between moving across state lines, deploying to the middle of the ocean and just life's many obstacles, she learned to navigate adaptive training and athletics. Haley qualified for IRONMAN World Championships 2023 at IM Texas 2023, while also posting one of the fastest AG swim time in a swim skin, despite being a wet suit legal race.
Haley pursued her coaching career upon transferring to her last land unit with the Coast Guard. It is her belief that goals are obtainable with support, guidance, vulnerability & dedication. She has/had some amazing Coaches in her life that have impacted her in and outside of competing.  Her goal is to help you reach your goals no matter what obstacles pop up, such as vacation, work conference, bad weather, sick etc. thru trust and communication.

Clarice Chastang

Virginia Beach, Va

Clarice is a professional triathlete and coach based in Virginia Beach, VA. She grew up in New York where her triathlon journey began on the collegiate triathlon club at Syracuse University. Clarice completed her first Ironman in 2017, went to the Ironman World Championships in Kona, HI in 2019 and qualified for her elite license a year later at Ironman Florida where she ran the fastest amateur marathon on the day at 3:07. 

When she is not training, Clarice is a civilian recreation therapist for the US Navy in their Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Program. 

Clarice started her coaching career after leading herself to her elite license. She is a USAT Certified Triathlon Coach and has experience training beginner triathletes to World Championship qualifiers. She aims to be a coach that endows confidence in her athletes, and ensures they take time to enjoy their journey through every stroke, pedal, and stride forward.
